Thank you for the warm welcome & memorable book talk, Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School!
The above candid pic of me says it all. Thank you for extending such a warm welcome to me this week, students, teachers & staff of Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary! I had a lot of fun sharing with all of you about my books and how you can create your own exciting story.
I was supposed to be there for only one day of book signing but some of the kids were disappointed they couldn't get the 1st & 2nd book of #MyBFFIsAnAlien as they were sold out on the first day, so Readers' House invited me back for another day of book signing. How could I say no to that?
It was such a pleasure meeting and talking to the friendly teachers & students there. The kids also asked me some very good questions during book signing like how do you publish a book, what is my next book about and did I type out everything in my books Someone drew a comic for me too. Thank you, L, you have a great sense of humour!
Much love to all the parents who let your kids get my books, and Readers' House for arranging this and taking pics for me! I'm looking forward to my next assembly talk after the March hols For now, am going to rest my aching arm. Not complaining, it was all worthwhile!
If there are any educators who are interested in inviting me to your school for an assembly talk or workshops, do get in touch with me via social media or the contact form on my website. Alternatively, you can reach out to Readers' House as well!
